At Fitness by Design we offer a
wide variety of step, aerobic, yoga, Pilates, body sculpting, and kickboxing classes to
accommodate all levels. Members of all ages, levels, and abilities participate in
the program. Class sizes are comfortable so our members receive the time and
attention they deserve. Your instructors are trained and continually evaluated by
our program director to ensure the use of the latest techniques and programming.
They will get you into the shape you want and most importantly, they make getting into
shape fun.
