Class Descriptions

Body Toning


Toning and Firming exercise class performed with or without low weights and resistance


The class works on both abdominal strength training as well as balance training. Bosu(acronym for BOTH SIDES UP) uses a half ball or dome that the class is centered around. Exercises are done with the dome right side up and upside down.

Cardio Step

A class for burning calories & making the most out of your cardio workout all in one hour!

Core Challenge

This is a fun and challenging workout featuring Body Toning exercises on stability balls. Guaranteed to get your core into amazing shape!

Group Kick

Group kick bringing it on! This electric 60 minute fusion class of martial arts and boxing movement will kick your cardio fitness to the next level, while defining and shaping your body and self-confidence!

Interval Training

Total body workout combining cardio training and free weights. This class burns maximum body fat and lots of calories.

Silver Sneakers

Muscular Strength and Range of Movements

Have fun and move to the music through a variety of exercises designed to increase muscular strength, range of movement, and activity for daily living skills. –held weights, elastic tubing with handles, and a ball are offered for resistance, and a chair is used for seated and/or standing support.

Step and Sculpt

A fun energetic class with challenging step choreography for the beginner to the advanced stepper. It is then followed by sculpting exercises using a variety of resistance equipment.

Step and Tone

Easy routine, easy to follow...easy step movements, followed by a light muscle workout.
