Toning and Firming exercise class performed with or without low weights

Bosu |
The class works on both
abdominal strength training as well as balance training. Bosu(acronym for BOTH SIDES UP)
uses a half ball or dome that the class is centered around. Exercises are done with the
dome right side up and upside down. |

movement, and activity for daily living skills. held weights, elastic tubing with
handles, and a ball are offered for resistance, and a chair is used for seated and/or
standing support. |
Step and Sculpt |
A fun energetic class with challenging step choreography for the beginner to the
advanced stepper. It is then followed by sculpting exercises using a variety of resistance
equipment. |
